Because my family has known Shannan for many years we knew she would do a good job in helping us. Our main goal in purchasing a house was to find one that we knew would be our forever home. We wanted several acres of land to live on and that was key in our home search. We wanted to find a place my wife and I both agreed on and there would be no need to convince the other of why we should buy. It should be a mutual feeling. 2.
